Q: I see the classes listed on your schedule. Are these the only classes available right now?
A: For a complete listing of all of the available classes, click on the Classes tab. We change the schedule frequently to accomodate requests. If you would like to have a class on a subject that's not listed, please contact us at
admin@LearnMetaStock.com.
Q: Are any of the live webinars going to be recorded?
A: The classes are recorded and archived on the web site. Members can log into the site and have full access to all recordings. We currently have over 35 hours of recordings available to members.
Q: What program are you using for the recorded sessions?
A: We use Adobe Connect for the webinar classes and their recording software for the archives. For the 'How To' videos, we use Camtasia.
Q: Will we be able to ask questions?
A: Yes, questions are encouraged. These are live classrooms and that’s one of the benefits of attending a live class. We also have the ability to share the microphone. If you have a microphone hooked up to your computer and want to ask you question verbally, you can!
Q: Do you have classes for advanced users?
A: Yes, we have a number of classes designed for more advanced users, including our MetaStock Advanced class, our Power Tool classes on System Testing, The Explorer and two different class levels that teach customized formula writing.
Q: Do you need to be a subscriber to Equis' data services when taking the classes?
A: It's not required because your program has a sample data file included with it that you can use initially. Since we use Equis' data services exclusively, we would highly recomend that you subscribe to their data as well.
Q: As a member, do I have access to the introduction classes as well as the advanced classes?
A: When you become a member, you have unlimited access to all classes and recordings. You can attend any class as many times as you want.
Q: If I have questions, is there email support?
A: When you have questions, you can always ask your questions during any of our live classes. You can also email or even call us directly. We're here to help you in any way that we can.
Q: Can I get help writing MetaStock formulas?
A: I'll be happy to help you with your formulas but depending on the complexity, I would higly recommend that you look at MetaStockTools.com They have a lot of MetaStock formulas that you can download for free plus they can create just about any type of MetaStock strategy that you can dream up.
Q: I'm concerned that there will be too many people in the classes and I won't be able to get answers to my questions.
A: We promise you that we'll do everything that we can to answer all of your questions. In fact, our customers tell us frequently that the attention that we give them is more than what they expected.
Q: Do you offer classes on any third party products?

Q: Do you have classes on MetaStock Professional?
A: We use both the end-of-day and the real-time version of MetaStock interchangeably in our classes and explain the differences between the two. We also have two different classes on the QuoteCenter software program.
Q: Do you provide any other type of training?
A: For those who want more personalized training, we also provide one-on-one 90-minute classes. These private classes are tailored to your specific needs. We'll work remotely on your computer so that when we're done, you'll have everything set up exactly how you want it.
